Nadezda Ojeda is a Water and Wastewater Quality Scientist at AxNano, where she specializes in waste characterization and process performance assessment. She leads projects focused on advancing next-generation treatment technologies for complex waste streams. Before joining AxNano, Nadezda developed analytical methods for bench-scale and pilot-scale water treatment systems at the Johns Hopkins Water Institute and the Johns Hopkins-Stantec Alliance. Passionate about deploying technologies that eliminate environmental contaminants, she brings extensive technical expertise gained across academia, government, and industry. With water at the center of her work and service, Nadezda remains committed to protecting communities from contamination. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a Master of Science in Soil Science from Texas A&M University.
